Open houses are a great way to introduce your property to a broad range of buyers. Many buyers only have the weekend to ‘house shop’ and open houses make it convenient for them to tour many homes in a limited timeframe.
We like to get creative with our open houses. Maybe that means a 7pm after work wine and cheese event, or a weekend post-brunch open house with complementary mimosas.
