Leading independent Washington, DC brokerage M Squared Real Estate introduces Washington DC’s first open, user-powered development directory.
The directory, located on M Squared’s website, features an intuitive search form to quickly locate developments that meet a specific set of criteria, such as: location, property type, number of units, number of floors, or date delivered/built. For each development listing, the user is presented with a building photo, streetview location map, complete list of available inventory, and an interactive location map to explore the neighborhood surrounding the development.
Visitors looking to track a specific development will find a form in the upper-right corner of each detail page allowing them to instantly subscribe to updates regarding building activity.
New developments can be added by real estate agents, developers and building residents using a simple online form found here. Moreover, in an effort to keep all data accurate, visitors are encouraged to report inaccuracies by clicking the “Report Inaccuracies” link found at the top of each development detail page.
“It’s our goal to compile the most inclusive, complete directory of Washington DC developments on the web,” notes Dominic Morrocco, M Squared co-founder.
