Leading independent Washington, DC brokerage M Squared Real Estate releases proprietary tablet software for easy management of real estate open houses.
The new, tablet-based software gives M Squared consultants the ability to better track and communicate with open house visitors, while instantly delivering valuable content and resources as they “check-in.”
Once an open house visitor registers at an event, they immediately receive an email with detailed information regarding the property they are viewing, nearby comparable properties and additional open houses taking place in the neighborhood. Best of all, the content is delivered in a mobile-friendly format for quick access on-the-go.
A record of every check-in is automatically emailed to the M Squared consultant for easy follow-up. In addition, open house visitors are automatically added to the consultant’s contact database so price updates, status changes and future listings can be quickly shared.
“The iPad software ensures my interaction with the visitor doesn’t stop the moment they leave, as they’re able to independently access information we have discussed. Most importantly, my follow-up is seamless and purposeful. It guarantees I’m providing something beneficial,” notes Joshua Oliver, M Squared Consultant.
Two versions of the software are provided complimentary to M Squared consultants for each of their listings: one for public open houses and one specifically designed for broker-only events.
“Our iPad software provides consumers the critical neighborhood market and open house information they need while giving the consultant more time to get to know each visitor, cultivate a relationship and demonstrate their local expertise. It’s another example of how we take the technology burden off our agents and allow them to be the very best versions of themselves,” says Mark Mlakar, M Squared Principal Broker.
M Squared consultants can access the cloud-based software on their personal iPads via a link, or grab a company-provided “Urban Open House Kit ™” which includes: balloons; personal helium tank; a bottle of Champagne; Ferrero Rocher candy; disposable cups; inside directional arrows; event access sign; iPad w/ 3G; iPad stand; and, Bluetooth keyboard.
