Leading Independent Washington DC brokerage M Squared Real Estate serves up Flash-less virtual tours compatible with tablet & mobile browsers.
M Squared Real Estate, an official Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS) virtual tour vendor, is pleased to introduce “flashless” virtual tours which are automatically syndicated to MLS and third-party syndication portals such as Zillow, Trulia and Yahoo! Real Estate.
The virtual tours are created in-house by M Squared Labs, the company’s technology and marketing division. “Consultants with M Squared process new listings via the company Intranet. Marketing handles near everything after that: professional photography, brochures, eblasts, mailings, video tour and of course, virtual tours,” notes Mark Mlakar, M Squared Principal Broker.
“We were hard pressed to find any non-flash virtual tours in our local MLS. This becomes very noticeable when using a tablet to search for property and view listings, as you can’t view any virtual tours,” notes Dominic Morrocco, M Squared Co-Founder. “We took a day, revised our platform, and now produce virtual tours compatible with all devices.”
As always, the company-generated virtual tours and provided complimentary to M Squared consultants for each of their listings.
